Job DescriptionRole:
NThe Manager-Exchange Traded Funds (ETF) role is responsible for overseeing and managing the ETF support fund accounting activities, including NAV validation, reconciliation, and reporting. The role requires 10-12 years of experience in ETF support fund accounting activities and working closely with technology teams for system enhancements, issue resolution, and UAT support.

- Oversee and manage the ETF support fund accounting activities, including NAV validation, reconciliation, and reporting. N
- Work closely with technology teams for system enhancements, issue resolution, and UAT support. N
- Manage the Portfolio Composition File (PCF) process, which defines the exact basket of securities and cash to be exchanged for ETF units. N
- Facilitate the creationand redemption of ETF shares for Authorized Participants (APs) by validating and processing orders,
and ensuring the delivery and receipt of securities. N
- Perform basket validation before settlement to ensure accurate execution of trades. N
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. N
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to ETF operations. N
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their career development. N

- Bachelor's degreeor equivalent in a relevant field. N
- Overall 10+ years of experience in ETF support fund accounting activities. N
- Strong understanding ofcapital markets and asset management domain. N
