NRole Description
nWe are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead the architectural design and execution of our luxury resort development.
NThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Udaipur.
NResponsibilities

- Lead architectural planning, concept development, and detailed design. N
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, and technical documentation. N
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams. N
- Conduct site visits andensure execution aligns with design intent. N
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations,



and quality standards. N
- Contribute innovative design solutions that enhance the guest experience N

nQualifications

- N
- 5–7 years of experiencein architecture. N
- Experience in hospitality, resort, or luxury residential projects preferred. N
- Proficiency in AutoCAD,SketchUp, Revit, and 3D visualization tools. N
- Robust knowledge of architectural detailing, construction practices, and project coordination. N
- Excellent design, planning, and communication skills. N
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. N
