- Lead, mentor, andsupervise a team of field sales executives N
- Drive team performance to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets N
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programs, and performance reviews N
- Oversee field sales operations to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies N




- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication N
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence across Udaipur and nearby regions N
- Ensure robust market penetration and business development within the assigned territory N

- Results-driven leader with strong people management skills N
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities N
- Fluent in Hindi with a strong understanding of the Rajasthan market (knowledge of Rajasthani is preferred) N
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, field-based sales environment N
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory N
