NFunctional Area: Assembly Shop
NExperience: 6-12 years
NResponsibilities:

- n
- Plan and execute the daily production schedule for the assembly line N
- Ensure on-time production targets while maintaining quality standards N
- Interpret and work as per Bill of Materials (BOM), engineering drawings, and SOPs N
- Ensure proper use of tools, jigs, fixtures, and assembly equipment N
- Handle manpower planning, line balancing, and resource allocation efficiently N
- Conduct in-process inspections and ensure quality at every stage of assembly N
- Identify and resolve assembly issues like fitment problems, wiring mismatches, or component defects N
- Maintain compliance with 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and safety norms N
- Coordinate with Design,Quality, PPC,
and Stores teams for smooth workflow N
- Suggest and implement continuous improvements for productivity and cost savings N
- Train assembly workers and helpers to follow standard work procedures N
nRequired Skills & Qualifications:

- n
- Diploma /B.Tech in Mechanical, thoroughout should be minimum 60% N
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring layouts, and BOMs N
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP software, and production reporting tools N
- Robust problem-solving and team leadership skills N
- Knowledge of ISO/TS quality systems is preferred N
- Familiarity with safetystandards and lean tools like 5S, Kaizen, etc. N
