Position: Agency Development Manager – BFSI Sales
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
CTC: Up to ₹5.50 LPA + Attractive Incentives
Experience: 3+ Years in Life Insurance, Banking, Finance, Loans, Mutual Funds, General Insurance, Health Insurance, or any BFSI Sales
Qualification: Graduate Mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and develop agency advisors and sales representatives.
- Drive sales through the agency channel and achieve assigned business targets.
- Build strong relationships with advisors, partners, and customers.
- Monitor team productivity and provide regular guidance and motivation.
- Generate business through field activities, referrals, and local networking.
