Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Architect / Architectural Designer, open to candidates based in Chandigarh, Panchkula, or Mohali.
In this role, you will support architectural design and drafting tasks, assist in content-related drafting work, collaborate with internal team members, and help maintain quality standards across multiple ongoing projects. The position is well-suited for candidates who want hands-on exposure to US residential projects and long-term growth in the architecture field.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with architectural drafting and plan development using AutoCAD
- Support content preparation by creating and editing drawings based on provided data
- Create and post architectural content on Facebook,
following our existing content process
- Collaborate with team members via voice calls or Zoom meetings
- Manage assigned tasks efficiently while meeting quality and timeline expectations
- Willingness to learn new tools, workflows, and software as required
Qualifications & Skills
- Solid understanding of architectural design concepts and residential layouts
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); familiarity with SketchUp or similar tools is a plus
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic project coordination and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- Knowledge of US building codes and regulations is an advantage, but not mandatory
Requirements
- Personal working laptop with AutoCAD installed (mandatory)
- Ability to work remotely
- Comfortable with voice calls and Zoom discussions
- Flexible working hours with a fixed 8-hour workday (Indian standard working hours)
- Strong interest in building a long-term career in architecture and design
Compensation
₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience
