Use creative teaching methods, digital tools, and LMS platf orms. Research & Public ations Conduct independent and collaborative research in the relevant disc ipline. Publish research in peer-reviewed journals, conferences, an d books. Apply for and manage research grants and funded projects. Supervise PhD / research scholars (as per eli gibility).



Student Mentorship Act as academic advisor/mentor to students. Support students’ career guidance, internships, an d placements. Encourage student participation in research, competitions, and co-curricul ar activities. Institutional & Admin istrative Roles Participate in academic committees, accreditation, and quality assu rance processes. Contribute to departmental administration and univer sity initiatives.
