NScope of Role
nCAD, powertrain integration, Fuel System
NArea of Responsibility
N
- n
- Create, update, and maintain 3D CAD models and assemblies for fuel system components using CATIA V5 / 3DEXPERIENCE N
- Develop 2D drawings with correct GD&T;, tolerances, and automotive drawing standards N
- Work on fuel tanks, fuel lines, pumps, rails, filters, valves, brackets, and mountings N
- Support powertrain and vehicle‐level packaging and interface integration activities N
- Perform interference checks, clearance analysis, and mass properties validation N
- Implement engineering changes (ECR/ECO)
across design stages from KO to SOP N
- Ensure CAD data compliance with OEM CAD standards, best practices, and naming conventions N
- Collaborate closely with module leads, system engineers, and manufacturing teams N
- Support DFMEA, design reviews, and prototype / vehicle build activities N
- Interface with suppliers for CAD data exchange, quality checks, and updates N
- Release CAD data via PLM systems in line with project milestones N

- Automotive domainknowledge with working experience of fuel system commodities. N
- Support/Lead Design reviews and design changes respecting feasibility and timeline N
- Timely CAD completion for S/T/P releases N
- Understanding of commodity release & change management N
- Understanding of Proto & Production BOM N
- Excellent CATIA V5 and CATIA V6 2D/3D skills. N
- Exposure to PLM tools such as TeamCenter. N
