NKey Responsibilities
nDrive recent business acquisition for staffing and workforce solutions services across target industries.
NGenerate staffing mandates for:
NPermanent Hiring
nContract Staffing
NRPO/MSP engagements
nNegotiate commercial agreements, SLAs, and staffing contracts.
NMaintain strong market intelligence on hiring trends, competition, and client requirements.
NRepresenting the company in industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.
NRequired Skills & Experience
N8+ years of experience inBusiness Development within the Staffing / Recruitment / Workforce Solutions industry.
