NWhat You'll Own

- Identify and connect with decision-makers across the US, UK, Europe, Australia, Canada, and the Middle East. N
- Generate qualified opportunities through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach, email campaigns, networking, and referrals. N
- Lead discovery conversations to understand business challenges and recommend the right technology solutions. N
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure. N
- Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to create winning proposals. N
- Build long-term client relationships that drive repeat business. N
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. N

nWhat We're LookingFor

- n




- 2–4 years of Business Development experience in an IT Services company N
- Experience selling software development, AI, cloud, or digital transformation services N
- Strong exposure to international markets N
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outbound sales, cold emailing, and lead generation N
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills N
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about consultative selling N
- Reliable career history demonstrating consistent growth. N
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. N
