- Hands-on manager who can effectively plan and execute application or product development projects in Agile-Scrum methodology. N
- Think out-of-the-box inoptimizing delivery practices, resources, and key performance factors to ensure successful delivery. N
- Apply suitable deliverystrategies to be applied to meet desired project objectives and business outcomes. N
- Directly interact and manage client resources with effective and qualified communications to become their trusted partner and go-to-person for all inquiries and information. N
- Coordinate cross-project activities between client, onsite, and offshore resources. N
- Proficient in Agile-Scrum methodology using proven techniques to drive quality and throughput. N
- Day-to-day oversight ondeliverables, resources' performance, and inter-dependencies to streamline execution. N
- Effectively manage schedule, scope, and quality for assigned projects using appropriate metrics. N
- Effectively apply change, risk,
and resource management methods to drive excellence in delivery. N
- Drive to monitor and resolve customer issues and accomplish objectives. N
- Be self-motivated with the ambition to problem-solve, passionate to learn through the process. N
- Provide regular status reports to internal and external stakeholders on plans, progress, and timelines. N

- 10+ years relevant experience with at least 5+ years of experience as the IT Project Manager for application or product development projects. N
- Candidates that primarily managed maintenance projects need not apply. N
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrated by an ability to work well virtually with US-based customers, management, partners, and offshore teams/resources based in India. N
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines. N
