NAbout the Role:
NWe are looking for a results-driven Campaign Manager - Influencer Marketing to plan, execute, and optimise influencer-led campaigns across digital platforms. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who understands influencer ecosystems end-to-end and can independently manage campaigns from brief to post-campaign reporting.
NThe ideal candidate brings strong coordination skills, a performance mindset, and the ability to work closely with creators, agencies, and internal teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
NKey Responsibilities:
N1. Campaign Planning & Execution

- Execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand and campaign objectives. N
- Translate briefs into actionable influencer strategies focused on awareness, engagement, and conversions. N
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and execution across multiple platforms. N

n2. Influencer Sourcing & Relationship Management

- Identify,



evaluate, and onboard influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, X, etc. N
- Work with a wide spectrum of creators—from nano and micro influencers to macro and celebrity talent. N
- Build and maintain solid working relationships with influencers, talent managers, and agencies. N

n3. Content Coordination & Quality Control

- Share clear campaign briefs and creative guidelines with influencers. N
- Coordinate content creation, approvals, and publishing schedules. N
- Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, platform best practices, and campaign goals. N

n4. Performance Tracking & Reporting

- Track campaign performance using relevant metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, etc.). N
- Analyse data to identify what worked, what didn't, and optimisation opportunities. N
- Prepare post-campaign reports with insights, learnings, and ROI highlights. N
