NWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven candidate to join our Business Development team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and supporting the growth of our power and energy consulting services.
NResponsibilities

- Develop and implement business development strategies that align with company goals and target market segments. N
- Collaborate with seniormanagement to define business goals and support the achievement of revenue targets. N
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients N
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and proposal development to ensure the company's value proposition is effectively communicated N




- Attend domestic and international conferences, seminars, and networking events to establish industry connections, generate business leads, and stay updated on emerging market trends N
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the business development process, ensuring seamless communication and coordination N
- Oversee the preparationand submission of proposals N
- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on market trends and competitive positioning N
- Track and report on business development performance, including sales pipeline, key metrics, and progress toward goals. N

- B. Tech/ B.E in Electrical;
MBA (preferred)n
- 10-12 years of working experience N
- 5+ years of progressiveBD experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in power consulting or the energy sector. N
