About the Role NWe are looking for a compassionate and clinically competent Consultant Psychiatrist who is passionate about delivering high-quality psychiatric care and wishes to grow with an ambitious healthcare organization.
NThis role offers the opportunity to work in a modern outpatient setting alongside psychologists and a multidisciplinary team while contributing to the development of a scalable mental healthcare model.
Responsibilities N

- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations. N
- Diagnose and manage a broad range of psychiatric conditions across age groups. N
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on current evidence and best practices. N
- Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications appropriately. N
- Work collaboratively with psychologists and other healthcare professionals. N
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records. N
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis and treatment. N
- Uphold the highest standards of ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism. N
- Contribute to patient education initiatives and mental health awareness programs. N
