NJob Summary
nWe are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth across the UK and Europe markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, developing strong relationships with existing customers, and identifying staffing and recruitment opportunities within the IT and non-IT sectors.
NKey Responsibilities
nIdentify and generate recent business opportunities in the UK and Europe markets.
NDevelop and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and key stakeholders.
NUnderstand client hiring requirements and coordinate with recruitment teams to fulfill positions.
NNegotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements with clients.
NConduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
NGenerate leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and referrals.




NManage the complete salescycle from lead generation to client onboarding.
NAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
NPrepare business proposals, presentations, and client reports.
NCollaborate with internalrecruitment teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
NRequired Skills & Qualifications
NBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
NHands on experience in Business Development, preferably in UK/Europe Staffing or Recruitment Services.
NStrong understanding of the UK and European recruitment markets.
NExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
NExperience in client acquisition and account management.
NAbility to work independently and meet sales targets.
NProficiency in MS Office,CRM tools, and recruitment/staffing processes.
