NYour Mission

- n
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients requiring IT staffing and talent solutions N
- Build and nurture a strong pipeline of mid-market and enterprise accounts N
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for staffing services (Contract, C2H, Permanent) N
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure seamless client onboarding and fulfillment N
- Own end-to-end sales cycles — from cold outreach to signed contracts N
- Maintain relationships with key decision-makers (HR Heads, CTOs, Procurement) N




- Drive revenue targets and report on pipeline health, forecasts, and market trends N

nWho We're Looking For

- n
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales N
- Must-have: Prior experience selling IT staffing, talent acquisition, or workforce solutions N
- Proven track record of closing deals with IT companies, GCCs, or tech startups N
- Strong network within the Hyderabad tech ecosystem is a big plus N
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills N
- Self-starter mentality with strong ownership and accountability N

- Familiarity with RPO, MSP, or HTD staffing models N
