We are expanding our operations and seeking a energetic International Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities
1.Market Expansion & Sales Growth
- Develop and execute business strategies to expand our presence.
- Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and emerging market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, importers, and end-users.
2.Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.




- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit while maintaining customer satisfaction.
3.Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide insights on pricing, product modifications, and sales strategies.
4.Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to create region-specific campaigns.
5.Travel & Representation
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and business events.
- Conduct regular visits to key markets within the region.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years in international sales or business development, preferably in the industrial packaging sector.
