- 4–6 years of proven experience in International IT Services Sales. N
- Solid experience selling software development services, digital transformation solutions, cloud services, AI/ML,



enterprise applications, mobile applications, web development, or custom software solutions. N
- Hands-on experience working with international clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, referrals, inbound leads, and other sales channels. N
- Strong understanding ofconsultative selling and solution-based sales methodologies. N
- Experience handling thecomplete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. N
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. N
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technology solutions. N
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar. N
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent proposal writing and pricing skills. N
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. N
