Consultant - Xceptor developer and support

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Production Support Consultant with hands on experience in Xceptor, a leading data automation platform. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of Xceptor workflows solutions in production. You will collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and platform owners to troubleshoot incidents, manage escalations,



and drive service improvements in a mission critical setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Xceptor workflows, ensuring high availability and timely resolution of incidents for solutions deployed
- Monitor production schedules proactively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time, including workflow failures, data anomalies, and performance bottlenecks.
- Investigate root causes of incidents, document findings, and implement preventive solutions.
- Work closely with development and platform teams to manage code deployments, environment issues, and configuration changes.
- Coordinate with business users during issue resolution, communicate incident statuses, and manage expectations.
- Maintain and enhance support documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge bases.
