NOversee IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud systems.
NEnsure the security and compliance of IT systems.
NManage IT support teams and provide guidance on troubleshooting issues.
NMonitor system performance and implement upgrades as needed.
NEnsure business continuity through disaster recovery and backup plans.
NStay updated with emerging technologies and cybersecurity threats.
NRequirements & Skills
nProven experience as an IT Operations Manager, IT Manager, or similar role.
NStrong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
NExperience with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks like ITIL.
NFamiliarity with network security protocols, firewalls, and data protection.
NExcellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
NProficiency in system monitoring, IT automation, and troubleshooting tools.
NAbility to manage IT budgets and optimize cost efficiency.
NStrong communication and project management skills.
