NPosition Overview
nWe are seeking a Structural Design Engineer – FEA with hands-on experience in ABAQUS to design, analyze, and optimize lightweight aerospace structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of structural mechanics, finite element analysis, and engineering design principles, with the ability to deliver reliable and efficient structural solutions for UAV applications.

- Design and develop structural components for UAV systems. N
- Perform structural simulations using ABAQUS, including: N
- Static analysisn
- Linear & nonlinear analysis N
- Buckling analysisn
- Modal analysis N
- Contact simulations N
- Evaluate stress, deformation, and structural performance under various loading conditions. N
- Optimize designs for strength, weight, and manufacturability. N
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and testing teams to validate structural performance. N
- Support prototype development, testing, and design improvements. N
- Prepare technical reports and engineering documentation. N
nRequired Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. N
- 2–5 years of experiencein structural design and finite element analysis. N
- Strong understanding ofmechanics of materials and structural engineering fundamentals. N
- Hands-on experience with ABAQUS is mandatory. N
- Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks or 3DS CATIA N
