NWe are building an in-house sales and closures capability for premium residential real estate in Bengaluru.
The Role NYou will personally own qualified buyers from the site-visit handover through booking and the initial collection milestone.
NThis is a frontline revenue role. You will meet buyers, understand their requirements, conduct project consultations and site visits, position the right inventory, manage objections, negotiate and drive the transaction to closure.
NConsistent performance can lead to ownership of a larger project sales pod.

- Review buyer requirements, qualification details and interaction history before every site visit. N




- Connect with scheduled buyers before their visit and establish yourself as their primary sales advisor. N
- Conduct detailed requirement discovery covering budget, location, configuration, purchase timeline, financing and family decision-makers. N
- Lead project presentations, site visits, unit selection and inventory discussions. N
- Build a credible comparison between the project and competing developments in the micro-market. N
- Explain pricing, cost sheets, payment plans, possession timelines, RERA details and the transaction process clearly. N
- Handle buyer objectionsrelated to pricing, location, developer credibility, construction status, financing and competing projects. N
- Maintain disciplined follow-up with every active buyer until a clear outcome is reached. N
- Negotiate commercial terms in coordination with the developer's authorised sales team. N
- Drive buyers through token payment, booking form, KYC, agreement and the first applicable collection mil
