NKey Function Knowledge/Deliverables:

- n
- Responsible for meeting the daily service maintenance and repair needs of the customers equipment. N
- Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers to ensure proper follow-up and resolution. N
- Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment. N
- Attending the service calls like Breakdown, Regular Maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Executing Erection and Commissioning at customer end. N
- To give the service visits: a). warranty b). out of warranty c.) AMC N
- Follow up for PO from customer for parts quotation ref with service report. N
- Maintaining proper records of all the service calls and preparing various monthly reports.

- For sale of spare partsneed to coordinate with respective RO and get it dispatched through regional depot. N
- In cases where parts are not available in the local warehouse need to coordinate with Plant for further procedure. N
