- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously N
- Comfortable leading small teams and working directly with clients N
- Experience coordinatingwith staffing/resourcing functions to fulfill project needs N
- Good communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills N
- Exposure to project management tools (e.G., JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet) is a plus N
- PMP/CAPM/PRINCE2 certification is a plus but not mandatory N
