NPosition Summary
nTruHap Child Development Center is looking for a passionate and dedicated Special Educator to support children with developmental, learning, behavioral, and academic challenges. The Special Educator will work closely with children, parents, therapists, and schools to develop individualized learning plans that help children achieve their educational and developmental goals.
NKey Responsibilities Assessment & Planning

- Conduct educational and developmental assessments of children. N
- Identify learning strengths, challenges, and developmental needs. N




- Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) with measurable short-term and long-term goals. N
- Design customized learning strategies based on each child's abilities and needs. N

nTherapy & Educational Intervention

- Conduct one-on-one and small-group special education sessions. N
- Support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Learning Disabilities, Intellectual Disabilities, Developmental Delays, and other special needs. N
- Teach academic concepts, functional skills, social skills, and life skills. N
- Adapt educational materials and teaching methods according to the child's learning style. N
- Use evidence-based teaching techniques and intervention strategies. N
