NKey Responsibilities

- N
- Manage relationships with banks and coordinate all banking operations. N
- Handle foreign exchange(FX) transactions, including spot, forward, and hedging contracts. N
- Monitor foreign currency exposures and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies. N
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure optimal fund utilization. N
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and ensure adequate funding for business operations. N
- Negotiate banking facilities, including loans, credit limits, and other financial arrangements. N
- Process and oversee domestic and international payment transactions. N
- Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, and applicable regulatory requirements. N
- Monitor interest rate movements and optimize the investment of surplus funds. N
- Track and monitor compliance with financial covenants in line with the organization's financial performance. N
- Prepare periodic treasury reports and management MIS. N




- Manage accounts receivable collections and monitor outstanding receivables. N
- Prepare periodic unaudited financial statements and financial projections to support loan enhancement and banking requirements. N

nQualifications

- B.Com with MBA (Finance) or equivalent. N
- CA Semi-Qualified.n

NExperience
n
- n
- B.Com + MBA: 5–9 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Banking, or Corporate Finance. N
- CA Semi-Qualified: 3–7 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Banking, or Corporate Finance. N

nRequired Skills

- n
- Sound knowledge of treasury operations, banking products, cash flow management, and foreign exchange, hedging, loan facilitation & negotiation with bankers. N
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. N
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment. N
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerP
