NKey Responsibilities:
N· Create high-quality 3D visualizations of architectural house designs.
N· Collaborate with architects and designers to bring concepts to life through realistic renders.
N· Ensure renders are in line with the design and aesthetic vision of the project.
N· Work on various residential, commercial, and landscape design projects.
N· Prepare and deliver final visualizations for client presentations and marketing purposes.
N· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and 3D rendering technologies.
NRequirements:




N· Proven experience as a 3D Architect Visualizer or similar role.
N· Strong portfolio showcasing 3D renderings of architectural designs.
N· Proficiency in 3D visualization software (e.G., V-Ray, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
N· Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce photorealistic renders.
N· Strong understanding ofarchitectural design principles.
N· Ability to work efficiently in a team and meet project deadlines.
N· Knowledge of animation and walkthroughs is a plus.
