- 3+ years of experience working with the Cerner Millennium EHR system or similar EHR platforms.
N
- Proficiency in at leasttwo Cerner modules as listed above.
N
- Robust understanding ofclinical workflows and healthcare operations.
N
- Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.
N
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
N
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and EHR platforms.
N
- Knowledge of healthcareregulations and compliance,



including HIPAA.
N
- Customer service orientation and a willingness to work closely with clinical staff.
NCertification in Cerner Millennium EHR system or specific Cerner modules.
N
- ITIL Foundation certification for understanding IT service management best practices.
N
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification for managing EHR-related projects.
N
- Experience with SQL anddata analysis tools for generating reports and analyzing EHR data.
N
- Familiarity with other EHR systems and interoperability standards (e.G., HL7, FHIR).
