What We’re Looking For
- D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) experience is mandatory
- Prior experience working in a marketing agency
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta campaigns
- Strong campaign execution, optimization, and scaling skills
- Ability to analyze data, move quickly, and drive profitable growth
- Solid understanding of performance metrics, creatives, funnels, audience strategy, and scaling frameworks
- Comfortable managing multiple brands/accounts simultaneously

CompensationSalary will be based on execution capability, problem-solving ability, and past performance/results.
