NWe're seeking a self-motivated, compassionate CRM Lead to independently manage the CRM lifecycle and empower the telemarketing team to proactively engage customers through expert guidance and mentoring.
NResponsibilities:
N1.CRM & Funnel Ownership

- n
- Own and manage the complete lead funnel: inquiry → engagement → scheduling → conversion → follow-up N
- Define and track funnelstages, SLAs, and response benchmarks N
- Ensure consistent handling of leads across services N

n2.Lead Performance& Analytics
N
- n
- Track lead sources (Meta, Google, website, partnerships, referrals, events) N
- Analyse conversion rates, drop-offs, and response timelines N




- Share regular reports and insights with marketing and leadership N

n3.Team Leadership & Coordination

- n
- Manage and coach the Response & Engagement team N
- Set call/chat quality standards, scripts, and follow-up protocols N
- Coordinate with therapists, counsellors, legal experts, marketing and operations teams N

n4.CRM Systems & Data Governance

- n
- Ensure accurate lead tagging, segmentation, and documentation N
- Work with CRM Admin/Tech to maintain automations and integrations N
- Maintain clean, compliant, and reliable CRM data N

n5.CRM Process Improvement
N
- n
- Identify gaps in lead handling and user experience N
- Implement automation, re-engagement flows, and process optimisations N
- Support scaling of leadvolume without compromising quality N
- Regular quality checks of the response team & monitoring N

nRequirements:

- Bachelor/master'sdegree in marketing or a related field;
