- Handle walk-ins, calls,WhatsApp and online leads N
- Explain career outcomesand placement opportunities N
- Consistent follow-up toconvert leads into admissions N
- Maintain CRM and lead tracking reports N
- Coordinate with trainers and placement team N
- Support seminars, demo sessions and marketing activities N
