NAVP Investment Banking isa mid-senior level position responsible for providing advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, capital raise and other types of financial transactions.
N n Qualifications:
N
- Education: MBA from top tier Institute/CA. A strong academic record is essential.

- Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or 5-6 years of experience in a particular sector
N n Key Responsibilities:
N
- Lead end-to-end execution of live transactions across M&A; and IPOs, including transaction structuring, documentation, coordination with stakeholders, and deal closure
N
- Build and review financial models for mergers, acquisitions, and capital-raising transactions, including integrated operating and valuation models
N
- Perform valuation analyses using Comparable Companies, Precedent Transactions, Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), and regression-based methodologies
N
- Support in financial,
business, and legal due diligence, including research, analysis, and preparation of transaction documentation for live deals
- Prepare high-quality presentations for RFPs, pitches, and client discussions, with a strong focus on crafting a compelling equity story and transaction rationale
N
- Support idea generationfor potential M&A; opportunities through sector expertise, thematic analysis, and extensive market and company research
- Maintain robust understanding of regulatory frameworks, policies, market developments, and news flow, and assess their implications on transactions and clients

- Support coverage responsibilities by developing and strengthening relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive business origination
