NInsurance PIVC / Welcome & Renewal Calling Executive
NExperience:
N1-2 Years
nKey Responsibilities:
NConduct welcome calls fornewly issued insurance policies
NAssist customers with policy renewals and follow-ups
NExplain policy advantages, premium, tenure, and terms & conditions
NResolve customer queries and coordinate with internal teams when required
NMaintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with company guidelines
NDeliver high-quality customer service while meeting productivity standards
NWhat We're Looking For:
NExcellent communication skills in Hindi (English preferred)
NExperience in insurance telecalling or BPO
NStrong customer handling and objection resolution skills
NBasic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
NAbility to cross-sell insurance products based on customer needs
