NKey Responsibilities
nHandle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Gujarati.
NResolve customer issues professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
NMaintain accurate customer data and reports in Microsoft Excel.
NCoordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
NFollow up with customers to ensure complete issue resolution.
NMaintain detailed recordsof customer interactions.




NMeet daily productivity and quality standards.
NProvide excellent customer service while maintaining a positive attitude.
NRequirements
nFluency in Gujarati (Read, Write & Speak) is mandatory.
NBasic to Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
NGood communication skillsin Gujarati and basic English/Hindi.
NStrong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
NAbility to work in a quick-paced environment.
