We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Chartered Accountant to lead our finance operations and ensure robust financial governance across our manufacturing, retail, and export divisions.
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4+ years of post-qualification experience to join our Finance Department as an Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in statutory compliance, statutory audits, taxation, and financial reporting, with a robust understanding of the regulatory landscape governing the gems and jewellery sector in India.





KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Statutory Compliance & Audit
- Lead and coordinate statutory audits, ensuring timely completion and strict adherence to auditing standards.
- Prepare and review statutory financial statements and related disclosures in compliance with Ind AS / Indian GAAP.
- Manage all regulatory filings, including ROC compliance, MCA filings, and other statutory obligations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other applicable tax laws; oversee preparation and filing of tax returns.

2. Financial Reporting & Controls
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.
- Prepare management accounts with detailed variance analysis and performance commentary for senior leadership.
