- Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, job portals, company websites, and other online platforms. N
- Generate high-quality B2B leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach. N
- Qualify leads by understanding client requirements and business needs. N
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team. N
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients. N
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM system. N




- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and convert leads into business opportunities. N
- Collaborate with the sales and recruitment teams to support business growth. N
- Meet daily, weekly, andmonthly lead generation targets. N
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities. N

nRequired Qualifications

- Bachelor's degreein Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. N
- 1–3 years of experiencein lead generation, business development, inside sales, or telemarketing (freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome). N
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. N
- Strong research and prospecting skills. N
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office. N
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. N
