Job DescriptionPosition: IMS Lead Auditor
NLocation: Pune & Mumbai
NJob Purpose:
NThe role IMS Lead Auditoris responsible for planning, conducting, and reporting ISO audits across the Pune branch and other assigned locations, ensuring compliance with Quality, Environment, Health & Safety (QEHS) standards, certification body (CB) guidelines, and organizational policies.
NKey Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct internal and external audits for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 at the Pune branch. N
- Perform pre-audit and post-audit activities in accordance with defined audit guidelines and procedures. N
- Carry out audits at other branch locations as per organizational and client requirements. N
- Ensure adherence to Certification Body (CB) guidelines, defined KPIs, and audit protocols. N
- Support implementation,maintenance, and continual improvement of QMS and QEHS systems. N
- Prepare audit plans, checklists,



reports, and follow-up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). N
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and statutory requirements. N
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Branch Manager from time to time. N

- Strong experiencein QMS Implementation N
- Hands-on knowledge of QEHS systems N
- Proficiency in ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001 standards N
- Good understanding of audit methodologies and compliance requirements N
- Solid documentation, communication, and coordination skills. N

nTechnical Qualification:

- Engineering Graduate (BE) or N
- Technical Education – Any Engineering discipline N
