NSynergy Marine Group is looking for an experienced QHSE Superintendent to strengthen our tanker fleet operations.
NEligibility:
NMaster (FG) Certificate of Competency
NSailed as Master on ocean-going vessels
NTanker vessel experience is mandatory
NKey Responsibilities:

- Lead Management of Change (MOC) activities for vessel takeovers and handovers. N
- Conduct internal ship and office audits and drive corrective actions. N
- Review risk assessments, hot work proposals, and safety-related reports. N
- Support ISM, ISPS, TMSAcompliance and documentation. N
- Analyze Near Miss, LARP, and QHSE performance trends. N
- Coordinate fleet-wide QHSE campaigns and security updates. N
