Job DescriptionJob Summary :
NWe are looking for an experienced Sr. Director – PMO / Delivery Operations to lead large-scale EdTech delivery programs, operational governance, execution excellence, and cross-functional business delivery across the organization.
NThe ideal candidate should come with a robust background in Program Management, PMO Governance, Delivery Leadership, and Operations Management, with the ability to manage both Content and Technology delivery functions within a fast-paced EdTech environment.
NThe candidate should havea strong understanding of digital learning ecosystems, content development lifecycle, instructional design workflows, product/technology delivery, engineering execution, and client-facing program management. Prior experience in EdTech domain will be strongly preferred, though leaders with exposure to managing large-scale learning/content + technology delivery environments will also be considered.
NThe role requires a highly execution-driven leader who can manage enterprise delivery operations, multi-functional teams, customer relationships,



operational governance, and business-critical delivery programs at scale.
