nJob Summary
nThe Executive Assistant (EA) to the Director is a trusted strategic partner responsible for providing executive, financial, and operational support to the Director. The role requires a solid finance background to coordinate confidential financial matters, monitor budgets, review MIS reports, liaise with Finance, Treasury, Auditors, Banks, and senior stakeholders, while ensuring complete confidentiality.
NIn addition to supportingthe Director, the EA will supervise two Personal Assistants, ensuring seamless management of the Director's office, priorities, communications, travel, and administrative operations.
NThis role requires exceptional business acumen, analytical capability, discretion, and the ability to work closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.

- Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, travel, and priorities. N
- Screen correspondence and coordinate Board, Leadership, and Executive Committee meetings. N
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and track action items. N

nConfidential Financial Coordination

- Coordinate confidential financial matters for the Director. N
- Review MIS, budgets, cash flow reports, and financial dashboards. N
- Liaise with Finance, Treasury, Banks, Auditors, Tax, and Legal teams. N
- Track financial approvals, investments, insurance, and statutory documentation. N
- Prepare executive financial summaries and ensure timely follow-up on key decisions while maintaining strict confidentiality. N
