Job DescriptionRole Summary
NWe are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager with proven experience in the Staffing industry- Domestic markets, particularly in handling Contract-to-Hire (C2H) requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts, driving account growth, strengthening client relationships, and acting as the Point of Contact for all recruitment-related activities.

- Manage and grow assigned client accounts within the staffing business. N
- Act as the Single Pointof Contact for clients(Domestic), ensuring seamless communication and service delivery. N
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and procurement teams. N
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand hiring plans, business requirements, and workforce needs. N
- Drive account mining byidentifying recent business opportunities, additional hiring requirements, and cross-selling staffing services. N




- Collaborate closely with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure timely closure of C2H positions. N
- Monitor hiring pipelines, submission quality, interview schedules, offer management, and onboarding. N
- Ensure adherence to client SLAs, TAT, and quality metrics. N
- Resolve client escalations promptly and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. N
- Prepare and present account reviews, hiring dashboards, hiring forecasts, and business updates to clients and internal leadership. N
- Negotiate commercial terms, resource deployment timelines, and contract-related discussions whenever required. N
- Work towards revenue growth, account profitability, and client retention. N

- 7–10 years of experience in the Staffing industry (Domestic markets) N
- Hands-on experience managing Contract-to-Hire (C2H) staffing engagements. N
- Strong experience in client relationship management and account management. N
