NAbout the Role
nWeare looking for a Fashion Designer with a strong design sensibility and foundational knowledge of the apparel industry. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute to design development for international markets.
NKey Responsibilities
nSupport the design team in developing seasonal collections aligned with brand direction.
NCollaborate closely with senior designers to co-create concepts, mood boards, and design ranges.
NTranslate design ideas into sketches, tech packs, and prototypes.
NWork alongside factories and sampling teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.
NAssist in fabric sourcing, trims, and market research.
NStay updated with global fashion trends, particularly UK and US markets.
NParticipate in fittings and help refine garments based on feedback.
NRequirements
n3–4 years of experience in fashion/apparel design.
NDegree or diploma from NIFT, Pearl Academy, or an equivalent design institute.
NBasic understanding of the apparel manufacturing process.
NStrong design sensibilitywith attention to detail.
NFamiliarity with UK/US market trends and aesthetics.
NAbility to work collaboratively within a team workplace.
NGood communication and organizational skills.
NExperience with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
NNice to Have
nExposure to or interest in AI tools in design (e.G., generative design, trend forecasting tools, etc.).
