NRole Overview
nTheArea Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through new client
Nacquisition, expansion ofexisting accounts, and execution of strategic sales initiatives across the
NBangalore region.



This role demands a seasoned professional with a solid background in B2B sales,
Npreferably within the serviced office, hospitality, or real estate sectors.
NKey Responsibilities
n1. Sales & Business Development

- Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of prospective clients and convert leads into longterm business relationships.

- Drive sales cycles – from lead generation to deal closure.

- Conduct site tours, prepare proposals, and negotiate commercial terms in line with CE
Nstandards.

- Build strong relationships with local brokers, real estate agents, and channel partners to
Ngenerate consistent leads.

- Promote and sell the full suite of CE's product offerings – Office Spaces, Meeting Rooms,
NVirtual Offices, and related services.

- Actively pursue opportunities for client expansions, renewals, and cross-selling to maximize
