Job Responsibilities Operate and monitor steam gas or hydro turbines to ensure productive power generation Conduct routine inspections and performance checks of turbines and associated equipment Adjust controls and settings to optimize turbine efficiency and maintain stable power output Monitor temperature pressure and flow levels to ensure safe and smooth operation Identify and troubleshoot issues in turbine operation and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs Ensure compliance with safety regulations operational procedures and environmental guidelines Perform preventive maintenance tasks to minimize unplanned downtime Maintain detailed records of turbine performance maintenance activities and operational data Assist in turbine startups shutdowns and emergency response procedures Work closely with engineers control room operators and other plant personnel to ensure seamless plant operations Key Requirements High school diploma technical certification or diploma in Mechanical Electrical Engineering 2 to 3 years of experience operating turbines in a power plant or industrial setting Strong knowledge of turbine components control systems and safety protocols Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work in shifts including weekends and emergency call-outs Bottom of Form Job Types Full-time Permanent Work Location In person
