Key ResponsibilitiesSales Business Development Identify approach and develop new business opportunities in manufacturing OEMs system integrators and industrial segments Promote and sell automation products such as PLCs HMIs SCADA systems servo drives VFDs sensors robotics motion control and industrial communication solutions Conduct product presentations demonstrations and solution-based discussions with customers Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals quotations and sales pitches Achieve assigned sales targets and support business expansion Technical Support Application Expertise Understand customer applications production challenges and system requirements to recommend suitable automation solutions Provide pre-sales technical support product selection guidance and application advice Coordinate with engineering teams for solution design system configuration and customization when required Support customers during installation testing and after-sales troubleshooting Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts system integrators distributors and end users Conduct regular follow-ups and site visits to monitor project progress and customer satisfaction Ensure timely responses to technical inquiries tenders and project opportunities Market Research Strategy Monitor market trends competitor activities and emerging technologies in automation Provide feedback to management on customer needs product gaps and market demands Participate in trade shows exhibitions and industry events to promote company products Internal Coordination Work closely with the sales engineering logistics and product management teams to ensure smooth order handling and project execution Assist in preparing sales forecasts reports and pipeline updates QualificationsEducation Bachelor s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering Electronics Mechatronics Instrumentation or related fields Experience 2-5 years of experience in industrial automation control systems electrical equipment or technical sales Hands-on knowledge of PLCs HMIs SCADA drives servo systems or industrial networking is highly preferred Experience working with major automation brands such as Siemens Allen-Bradley Mitsubishi Omron Schneider ABB etc is an advantage Skills Competencies Strong technical understanding of automation and electrical systems Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills Customer-focused mindset with solution-selling capabilities Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently Proficiency in MS Office knowledge of CAD or programming tools is a plus Willingness to travel to customer sites as required What We Offer Competitive salary with attractive incentives Training on leading automation technologies Growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding industry Supportive team environment and advanced technical resources Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Flexible schedule Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
