We are looking for an experienced Blister Operator to join our pharmaceutical production team The candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining blister packing machines to ensure smooth and effective packaging processes Key Responsibilities Operate set up and troubleshoot blister packing machines e g PVC Alu Alu Alu Ensure packaging quality as per pharma industry standards GMP Monitor production parameters and adjust machines as required Perform routine machine cleaning lubrication and basic maintenance Complete production documentation and batch records accurately Follow safety guidelines and GMP compliance at all times Coordinate with QA QC teams for in-process checks Required Qualifications Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Blister Operator in a pharmaceutical company Knowledge of blister machine models Uhlmann ACG CAM or similar Understanding of GMP SOPs and pharma production procedures Ability to work independently and in a team Basic technical and troubleshooting skills Education Minimum ITI Diploma 12th pass with relevant experience Job Types Full-time Permanent Benefits Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
