We are looking for a highly creative proactive and results-driven Social Media Executive to strengthen our digital presence and drive impactful brand communication across multiple platforms The ideal candidate must be skilled in graphic designing content management Meta ads and have a strong knowledge of SMO SEO strategies Key Responsibilities 1 Graphic Designing Create engaging social media graphics posts reels and multimedia content using Adobe Creative Suite Canva or similar tools Maintain brand consistency across all designs Work closely with the content and marketing team to deliver visually appealing creatives 2 Content Management Plan create schedule and manage content for Instagram Facebook LinkedIn Twitter YouTube etc Develop a structured monthly content calendar aligned with brand and campaign goals Track performance metrics and suggest data-driven improvements 3 Meta Ads Facebook Instagram Create monitor and optimize Meta Ads campaigns focused on brand awareness engagement and lead generation Perform A B testing audience segmentation bidding strategy and budget optimization to maximize ROI Analyze ad performance and deliver regular reports 4 Social Media Optimization SMO Optimize social media profiles to enhance visibility reach and engagement Implement growth strategies to increase followers and build strong audience communities Stay updated with trends platform updates and competitor strategies Additional Skills Preferred Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword usage in social content Ability to ideate campaign themes and trending content formats Strong understanding of analytics tools Meta Business Suite Google Analytics etc Requirements 1-3 years of experience in Social Media Management or a similar role Strong creative skills with a positive eye for design Experience with Meta Ads Manager is mandatory Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of current digital trends and algorithms Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Work Location In person
