Daily maintenance of automation solutions Se t up automation processes and map document layouts Ma nually verify and fix automated data extraction results Co mmunicate with and provide operational support to Service department end users An alyze end users needs and requests identify and propose automation solutions using system st andards and best practices Mo nitor track resolve and escalate system application issues reported by end users Dr ive continuous improvement including operational efficiency such as transactional au tomation Ma intain system tables configuration and or master data An alyze production issues to determine root cause and provide recommendations to the IT de velopment team Pa rtner with IT and other cross-functional teams to resolve system issues and to define develop fu ture business requirements for any new system automation enhancement or process Cr eate and maintain training documentation for business processes Pr ovide operational and business system training to end users Do cument maintain and implement standard operating procedures and associated reference do cumentation for processes Su pport projects as assigned by management Cr eate and develop user requirements functional specifications and test plans Co nduct integration and user acceptance testing and provide guidance on new processes Re quired Knowledge Skills and Experience Mi nimum of a bachelor s degree preference in science 3- 5 years relevant work experience in Service Support environment preferred Pr oficient understanding of CRM ERP business systems SAP Salesforce etc and basic kn owledge of RPA tools Automation Anywhere etc In termediate coding language knowledge Python RegEx experience to enhance extracted data is preferred In termediate knowledge of Databases - writing understanding of SQL queries and stored pr ocedures is preferred Ex perience working with EDI and Business Analysis Reporting tools SAP BI Tableau etc are pr eferred Ab ility to work independently multitask and prioritize duties Pr oficient in working with MS - Excel MS-Access Mu st be capable of working effectively in cross-functional project teams St rong attention to detail and organizational skills required Ef fective analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills required Th e candidate must have strong oral and written communication skills as well as robust in terpersonal skills Fl uent in English Ex perience in automating business system processes is preferred Kn owledge in improving business processes through machine learning andor AI is preferred Ab ility to travel occasionally max 5-10 Ab
