Job Profile Study Abroad Consultant Position Overview The Study Abroad Consultant will be responsible for guiding students through the entire international admissions process including counseling course selection application filing documentation and visa guidance The role requires independent handling of admissions procedures and strong knowledge of study abroad opportunities in the US UK UAE Ireland and Canada This position is ideal for someone with proven experience in the study abroad industry Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one counseling to students regarding universities courses and study destinations Manage the full admission cycle from profile evaluation to application submission and follow-ups Guide students on course selection eligibility scholarship options and career paths Assist in preparing and reviewing SOPs LORs resumes and application documents Maintain up-to-date information on university requirements deadlines and visa procedures Coordinate with international universities and admission offices as required Ensure timely communication and follow-up with students throughout the process Meet monthly quarterly counseling and conversion targets Handle student cases independently without supervision Represent the company during seminars workshops counseling events and online sessions Required Qualifications Experience 1-2 years of mandatory experience in study abroad consulting No freshers Robust understanding of admissions processes for the US UK UAE Ireland and Canada Proven ability to independently manage student applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational multitasking and time-management abilities Proficiency in MS Office CRM tools and online application portals CommonApp UCAS etc preferred Key Skills Student counseling advisory Application documentation management Knowledge of international education systems Client communication relationship building Problem-solving and decision-making Attention to detail follow-up management Role Type Full-time Job Types Full-time Permanent Work Location In person
