Supervise day-to-day hospital operations including front office housekeeping billing and patient services Coordinate with clinical nursing and support departments to ensure seamless functioning Monitor hospital performance metrics such as bed occupancy turnaround time and patient feedback Develop and implement operational policies SOPs and quality control measures Manage staff schedules evaluate performance and ensure adequate staffing levels Collaborate with finance and HR departments for budgeting procurement and manpower planning Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations NABH standards and safety protocols Handle patient grievances and ensure high levels of satisfaction and service excellence Prepare operational reports for management review and suggest process improvements Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a related role Job Type Full time Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
